Frequently Asked Questions

We deliver to your door throughout Sweden. We use Best Transport or PostNord depending on where in Sweden you live.

All taxes and VAT are included in the price and are paid by us to the relevant authorities.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an SMS from our logistics partner Best Transport Denmark about your upcoming delivery. Closer to delivery, you will receive another text message, with the option to change the date.

Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 17-22.

In some areas, deliveries are also made on Saturdays, 17-22.

We apply a minimum order quantity due to the handling and packaging of mixed cartons. We therefore require orders to be in multiples of 3 or 6 as we pack in boxes of 3 or 6.

We charge a handling fee for all 3-packs and for 6-packs made up of different bottles.

If you buy 6 bottles per wine, there is no packing fee.

From time to time we will run special offers or discounts on packing fees, but these are subject to change.
