The grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness at the beginning of March 2022.

of the grapes were crushed and fermented on the skin for 24 hours before being pressed. 80% of the grapes were left on the skin and fermented for seven days. It was then separated from the skin before fermentation was completed and left in a stainless-steel tank until preparation for bottling.
A versatile food wine, pairs particularly well with fish and poultry. Can just as easily be enjoyed on its own!
