Grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness in early March 2022. Grapes come from Stellenbosch (60%) and Elgin (40%).
The grapes from Stellenbosch were tank fermented and matured on the lees for seven months. While those from Elgin were fermented in second fill and third fill barrels, also matured on the lees for seven months.
This wine can pair well with rich foods and can also go well on its own
