A precious colour of gold. Beautiful mandarin, orange saline threads on the palate, followed by a very fine acidity.
Lovely peach pith, apricots and nuttiness. It is rather textured and expresses more minerality than fruit. A gentle
honeysuckle and beeswax on the after taste.
It is really expressive of the area and it captures the cooler dry area of Malgas.
Paired best with most rich dishes ranging from Risotto to Fish and even good with Lamb.

A beautiful delicacy on the nose with aromas of black cherries, dried cranberrys, herbs as well as a hint of crushed rose petal. The Shiraz lends some meaty nuances and peppery spice to the blend while the Cinsault is responsible for the wonderfully fragrant aromatics. The palate is fleshy yet supple with a good density of fruit. The tannins are crunchy & persistent due to the whole bunch portion. The wine delivers immediate drinking pleasure but will gain in complexity with further cellaring. Optimum drinking: 2021 – 2028 (16° C).
