Pieter Ferreira Cap Classique Rosé 2016 is an attractive salmon colour with a vibrant yet fine persistent bead of mousse. This release of Rose offers wonderful balance, ripe fruit some perfume and restraint. A delicate floral perfume in the glass before offering pomegranate and cherries with a hint of summer fruits. Refreshing acidity and smooth bubbles make this a particularly food friendly. Delicate yeasty tones, layered with red berry fruit fills the palate with complexity. Pale gold in colour with vibrant green tinge. Lemon blossom and mandarin notes combine on the nose, while a touch of brioche hints at barrel fermentation. Lively acidity and lemon zest add zip to the palate after which white peach lead into a generously round mid palate. The finish is taut and crisp leaving one with a clean, mineral lift. Alc: 12.5 % pH: 3.36 TA: 5.9g/L RS: 1.7 g/L

A precious colour of gold. Beautiful mandarin, orange saline threads on the palate, followed by a very fine acidity.
Lovely peach pith, apricots and nuttiness. It is rather textured and expresses more minerality than fruit. A gentle
honeysuckle and beeswax on the after taste.
It is really expressive of the area and it captures the cooler dry area of Malgas.
Paired best with most rich dishes ranging from Risotto to Fish and even good with Lamb.

A beautiful delicacy on the nose with aromas of black cherries, dried cranberrys, herbs as well as a hint of crushed rose petal. The Shiraz lends some meaty nuances and peppery spice to the blend while the Cinsault is responsible for the wonderfully fragrant aromatics. The palate is fleshy yet supple with a good density of fruit. The tannins are crunchy & persistent due to the whole bunch portion. The wine delivers immediate drinking pleasure but will gain in complexity with further cellaring. Optimum drinking: 2021 – 2028 (16° C). Alc: 13.6%, TA: 5.1 g/l, pH: 3.62, RS: 0.18 g/100ml, Sulphites: 72mg/l

Keermont Syrah 2017 has a bright red colour with a lighter hue. The bouquet is explosive with spicy red fruit and notes of sandalwood, tea leaf, cloves, and orange rind. The wine has a dry, gentle entry onto the palate, and opens up with cherry and raspberry flavours complimented by savoury spice and a black pepper note. A gentle, but tight tannin structure and good natural acid keep the flavours focussed into a tidy succulent finish. Drink 2022-2032 Alc: 14.0% pH: 3.55 TA: 5.11 g/L RS: 0.124g/100mL

A beautiful deep dark colour. Complex nose with different layers of black fruits and red fruits with hints of earthiness. Slight hint of black peppercorns. Good bold structure with soft ripe tannins and a good balance of wood, acid and fruit give this wine a long lingering finish   Alc: 14.5% TA: 5.6 g/l RS: 0.23g/100ml
